The Workchoice student website is owned and operated by the Workchoice Trust. By using the choicestudents.co.nz site, you acknowledge that your have read and accepted these terms and conditions which include and are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy. Since you are bound by these Terms of Use, we suggest that you revisit this page from time to time as they may occasionally change. By registering and accepting these terms and conditions, you will receive email newsletters/SMS messages on a regular basis. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please follow the instructions at the bottom of the email.

Conditions of competition entry

  1. By entering this competition, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. Only registered students of this site are eligible to enter any and all competitions run through choicestudents.co.nz.
  3. Each student may only enter this competition once.
  4. Students who enter for a regional prize, must be able to travel to the named city to claim their prize.
  5. Winners will be drawn on a daily basis for the 10 Day of Workchoice campaign and will be posted on choicestudents.co.nz the day after winning. They will also receive notification by email and on their account page.
  6. Entries received by 11:55pm on the closing date are eligible for prize draw. Any and all entries received after this time will not be considered.
  7. Prize(s) are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.
  8. Prize(s) may not be sold on Trade Me or any other auction site.
  9. The competition may be altered, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
  10. The winner(s) consent to their name(s) being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.
  11. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The Workchoice Trust accepts no responsibility or liability for the non-delivery of any prizes.
  13. The promoter is choicestudents.co.nz (a website published by the Workchoice Trust), 139 Quay Street, Auckland.
